Hi Tom,
I have bought and re-used PLR material as free bonus material to give to people who buy another product from my website. I always do the things you listed. Because if the product is useless or has been saturated in the market, you could stand to lose your own personal credibility when you go to sell your own products. People will remember you for the bonuses you gave out. If you don’t do due diligence, it could hurt you in the long run.
