I think its important to do research initially to find out if a business’ area online is saturated before performing online marketing (as should be done with any form of marketing). However, I certainly agree that it isn’t too saturated. great post, Tom!

I think business is like energy. It can not be created nor destroyed. It just change form. Like a big electronic store will become one or many small online stores. So, I don’t think online marketing is too saturated. As long as there is business, they will be converted to online version somehow and someday.

Internet marketing seems to be full of advantages such as targeting specific audience, convenience of tracking return on investment as immediate results. No wonder, companies are large or small they are allotting bigger budgets for web campaigns.

I agree. marketing online will just evolve as all professions do… However 1 thing that will happen I feel is that the cost of marketing will decrease dramatically as social networks allow marketers to promote to specific demographic and psychographic markets.

The next years the increase of online marketing will be far larger, especially with the expansion of social sharing sites like Facebook and Twitter (and probably with new ones)!

It is just a bit crowded but there are a lot of things that are not done , but people didnt thinked at it yet or they dont consider it a viable solution for making money . I think, like in the offline world, there will always be niches and opportunities for online business and the skill is and has always been in finding those opportunities.
